So many reviews online are written by people promoting products they have never bought. How can you trust what one of those reviewers have to say about the product? Have you noticed how that type of review is written in such a way as to convince you to purchase?
Unfortunately many people are looking for great courses to learn new and better ways to make money online, and when they come across one of those fake reviews they are likely to part with their hard earned money and buy theselves a big dose of disappointment.
I want to begin this review by proving that I purchased this course! To that end here is an image of the email receipt I received after purchasing. This is not the first product I have purchased from Erica Stone (sojourn). In fact I have bought about 8 of them over the past few years, and one thing that is consistent with Erica's courses is that they are tried and tested thoroughly before she offers them to anyone else. Each and every one that I purchased and implemented improved my affiliate commissions, and although I have only just gotten my first post indexed with Google today I am confident that this one will produce results too.

New to affiliate marketing, and / or making money online? Then this is perfect for you. Short on spendable income? Again, this will work for you because aside from the initial cost of this course there is nothing to spend. Nothing to start and unless you want to purchase your own domain and web hosting further down the track there need not be any further expense whatsoever.
Once you have purchased and downloaded the zip file, inside you will find an 80 page detailed step-by-step instructional .pdf, a file that contains instructions for Wordpress users (this will be helpful when you decide to get your own site), a Read Me text file that outlines what is contained in this course, and then two more text files that include the .html code you will need to set up your blog and make posts (don't worry; it's cut and paste!).
Erica suggests you read the .pdf first so you will know what you will need to do in order to get your first post online and indexed by Google, but I chose to just work through it step by step, and I fully believe that anyone can do it this way. It really depends on how you prefer to learn / implement things. Erica estimates it will take around an hour to complete from start to finish. I managed to go through it in a shorter time because I am already familiar with some of her instructions, but it can be done in an hour. Even if it takes you twice as long, it is worth taking your time to do it right.
Following the steps is very easy. I love that there are screen shots for every step, including showing where the Save button is on each page! I feel strongly that Erica has done a thorough job of ensuring that even a person brand new to creating blogs and affiliate marketing will complete her instructions without mishap.
This course does not rely on SEO knowledge, .html skills, extensive writing skills or keyword research. You do need to choose a niche to base your blog on, but Erica helps you with that process too, making it as easy as possible for you to get your first post online. Once a niche is chosen, Erica then explains how to get your blog optimized for search engines, looking attractive for readers, and how to turn off the unnecessary features that are automatically included with the template. Oh, and she shows you which template to choose so you don't even have to stress over that! Once you have your blog set up and published your first post, Erica explains how to make sure that post is seen by Google and available in search results for buyers to find. After that, it is just a matter of 'rinse and repeat' with a couple of minor alterations, with the 'why' and the 'how' explained.
Usually I can find something in a course that I would like to see explained better, and initially I couldn't think of anything at all that needed changing or improving. After completing the first post I went back to go through the steps for the second post, and that was when I realized that there is an area that could benefit from further explanation. I felt that there could have been better suggestions for the non-affiliate posts that are required to balance out the posts with affiliate links in them. Because the site is geared towards serving customers looking for gifts for others, I found it a little strange that posts about the topic were required. I don't believe that someone shopping for gifts for a hunter would be interested in information about the sport if they are not a hunter also.
I would like to add one piece of advice. Because of the free blogging platform that is recommended in this course I strongly suggest that once you are comfortable and familiar with the process, and seeing good results, start your next site on a hosted site of your own. There is always a small element of risk when you use someone else's site to build an income on.
If you have found this review helpful, and feel that this is the right product for you, please consider purchasing through the link below. This is an affiliate link and I will earn a small commission as a result of your purchase. If you prefer not to use my link, that's cool too!
