This second part of my iWriter review looks at the other side of their business model, that of the requester. A requester is someone who hires a writer to create articles for them.
While as a writer the earnings on iWriter can be limited, that works in the favor of a requester, who can order articles to be written for a fraction of the cost of a professional independent freelance writer.
I only ordered one article when I wanted to promote a soon-to-be-released hot item that I knew next to nothing about. I usually write my own articles but this time I didn't want to do the research it would take to create a good post. Because of my experience with iWriter it seemed the natural thing to turn to it to find someone to write it for me.
I provided clear, concise instructions which were not difficult to follow. My request was quickly picked up by a writer with elite status and good feedback / stars. I expected to get a good article back, and I was not disappointed. She was quick to finish it and wrote an acceptable article. Not terrific, but definitely acceptable. With just a couple of minor tweaks I was able to put it on my website. All in all I had a positive experience, and should I need to hire someone again to write an article for me I would go to iWriter again.
Before hiring a writer on iWriter there are some thing you should take into consideration.
1. New requesters could find themselves hiring several different writers before finding one that they like the writing style of.
2. If you are not completely happy with the article you receive back you have the option to ask for it to be either done again by the same writer, or reject it and hire someone else.
3. You do not get to choose who writes your article when new, but once you have found a particular writer that you like you can elect to request that writer again. There is the option to create a list of preferred writers and then you can send out the request to just those writers on your list, or elect to choose just one writer.
4. Payment is required up front, but given the cheap rates this is unlikely to pose a problem.
iWriter IS a good place to hire writers but you will need to be patient while going through the process of finding good writers. Once you do though, you will have a good resource for getting articles written quickly and at low cost.
If you would like to check out iWriter for yourself here is a direct link: iWriter This IS an affiliate link and I may earn money from it if you become a requester of articles. If you choose to use my link then I appreciate it. If you don't, that is fine too.
